It was published in a Handbook for a meeting of the Australia and New Zealand Association for the Advancement of Science which was convened at the University of Western Australia in August 1947. It was printed by the Government Printer, Perth under the supervision of T S Parry, surveyor General of the Department of Lands and Surveys.
