Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

In the top navigation bar you will see a link called ’Account’. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive emails from Trowbridge Gallery.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.

What forms of payment does Trowbridge Gallery accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

How do I check the status of an order?

You can see the progress of all orders in the “My orders” section of your Account dashboard.

How our products are shipped?

We take the utmost care in the careful packaging and safe shipping of your new art piece. We deal in rare and often delicate items and have developed specialised methods to guarantee the piece arrives to your door in perfect condition.

Every piece is shipped flat in presentation mounting and wrapped or rolled in a postal tube. The shipping option can be selected on checkout.

How much will the delivery cost me?

We offer flat rate shipping on all unframed items as follows (priced in $AUD):

Australia

  • Flat packed with mount: $20
  • Rolled in a postal tube: $10

Worldwide

  • Flat packed with mount: $60
  • Rolled in a postal tube: $30

Framed products are priced per item, if you would like your print framed please contact us.
